This policy explains what personal data we collect through qwynnrent.co.uk, why, and what rights you have. It covers this website and the waiting list. The QwynnRent application itself is covered by separate terms agreed with each customer.
Who we are
QwynnRent is a product of Qwynn, operated by Martin Birmingham, who is the data controller for the information described here. Contact: privacy@qwynnrent.co.uk.
What we collect
When you join the waiting list, we collect:
- your name and email address
- your phone number, if you choose to give it
- whether you are a landlord, estate agent or other
- whether you asked for a demo
- the date and time you signed up
We also collect anonymous, aggregated visit statistics (such as page views, referring sites and country) using Cloudflare Web Analytics. It does not use cookies, does not track you across other websites, and does not identify you personally.
How we use it
- to contact you about early access to QwynnRent
- to arrange a demo, if you asked for one
- to understand who is interested in QwynnRent (for example, how many landlords compared with agents)
We will not sell your data or use it for anything unrelated to QwynnRent. We will not add you to third-party mailing lists.
Our lawful basis
We rely on your consent, given when you submit the form. You can withdraw it at any time by emailing us, and we will delete your details.
Who processes your data for us

Some of these providers may process data outside the UK and European Economic Area. Where they do, they rely on recognised safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum and the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep it
We keep your details until you ask us to remove them, or for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, whichever comes first.
Cookies
This website does not set cookies.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, delete or export your data, or object to how we use it. Email privacy@qwynnrent.co.uk and we will respond within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) or to the data protection authority in your country.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
